About Polytechnic Institute of New York University

Polytechnic Institute of New York University, also known as Polytechnic Institute of NYU, NYU Polytechnic, or NYU-Poly, is a private university in Brooklyn, New York City's most populous borough, and 2nd largest in area, housing within its limits 2 and half million people.

NYU-Poly was established in 1854 and is the second oldest private institute of technology in the United States.
